Delivery Details And Lead Times

Online Orders - Small Items (UK Only)

Lead times for items shown on our online shop vary depending on the product and whether it is “ready-made” or “made to order”. Please see individual product listings for details.

Some furniture items are sent out fully assembled while others are designed for self-assembly by the customer. Again, any assembly requirements will be set out within a product listing.

Smaller items may be sent by UPS, Parcelforce, DPD or other similar UK courier unless otherwise specified in the product description. As such, delivery will usually be to kerbside or to your front door only. Where an item is delivered for self-assembly, this may be delivered as multiple packages, and as such, may be split into multiple deliveries / drop-offs by a courier due to circumstances beyond our control.

Certain postcodes, including Highlands, islands and remote postcodes, may incur a delivery surcharge or require special arrangements, including on products that are marked as including free delivery. These include but are not necessarily limited to the following postcodes:

AB, BT, FK, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, PH, PA, TR, ZE.

In these cases, please contact us to discuss delivery.

Online Orders - Large Items (England)

Larger items and those requiring specialist care or assembly are delivered by ourselves where possible. If this applies it will be detailed on the individual product page. In these instances, where delivery is made by us, the delivery cost will be dependent on the product and the delivery distance from the workshop (calculated at checkout).

Where delivery is made by ourselves we are currently only able to offer delivery to postcodes within England (unless by prior agreement).

Bespoke Furniture Orders

Any bespoke items are made and delivered on terms that are agreed between you and us at the point a quote is accepted and an order is placed.
